Returns
Below is important information regarding our return policy. If your items arrive damaged, feel free to contact us, and we'll do our best to assist you! All accepted returns must be postmarked within 7 days of your purchase date. Items returned, must be in new and unused condition. Please note that custom orders are not eligible for refunds.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email Sales@rockriveroutdoors.com. Once you receive approval, securely package the item in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase and the provided return form, and mail it to the address given by our customer service. Please be aware that you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item's condition, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from when we receive your item to complete this process. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to reflect on your credit card statement, depending on your card issuer.
